Gulf Inland Logistics Park, managed and developed by Liberty Development Partners, yesterday announced it acquired 1,149 acres of industrial real estate in Dayton, Texas.

The property will be used to expand the park, which is in the second of a three-phase expansion. The park is located at the intersection of the Grand Parkway and U.S. Highway 90, with access to major interstates and state highways. It is within 100 miles of five Texas ports and has dual access to BNSF Railway Co. and Union Pacific Railroad.

CMC Railroad, owned by Liberty Development Partners, provides on-site rail services at Gulf Inland Logistics Park, including storage for over 3,000 rail cars, rail car repair and transportation operations. The park's rail infrastructure is a key asset, providing businesses with efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions.

“With multiple manufacturing and storage facilities already under construction and more in the pipeline, we're rapidly transforming this area into the dynamic industrial and transportation hub we envisioned,” said Marcus Goering, principal of Liberty Development Partners in a press release.
