TNW Corp., an operator of short lines and logistics centers, recently completed a multimillion-dollar upgrade of its Panhandle Logistics Center located on the TXNW Railway complex in Sunray, Texas.

The project improved the center’s infrastructure and involved the addition of 23 miles of new track. Additionally, the project increased TNW's rail-car storage capacity to more than 13,000 cars system-wide, company officials said in a press release.

"This is the latest in an ongoing program of expansion and improvements in our facilities and services to ensure that we can securely meet the needs of our clients in the future," said TNW Chief Executive Officer Paul Treangen.

TNW operates three short lines — TXGN Railway, TXR Railway and TXNW Railway — and three logistics centers, comprising Panhandle, Camp Bowie Industrial Area and Eagle Ford Logistics.
