Arthur Adams is Senior Vice President of Sales, responsible for leading all sales portfolios within the Agriculture and Food, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Paper and Forest, Metals, and Minerals markets. Adams also oversees CSX Customer Engagement and TRANSFLO services.

Since joining CSX in 2007 with experience in the retail and healthcare sectors, Adams has helped strengthen the company's market position and customer relationships. He has served in CSX's Sales and Marketing organization in various positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to his most recent role as Vice President of Sales and Supply Chain Solutions, he was Head of Marketing Services, where he led the transformation of customer service operations and e-solutions enhancements.

Adams holds a master's degree in intermodal transportation management from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Jacksonville University.

Kareen has more than 26 years of rail industry experience with Wabtec, GE Transportation, and GE Capital in a variety of commercial roles. She most recently served as Wabtec's Vice President of Sales and Transport Logistics driving digital based solutions for our short line railroads and port segments.

Kareen started her commercial career with Xerox Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Kareen resides in Jupiter, Florida. She enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer.

During his tenure at Wabtec Corporation and GE Transportation, Dominique was focused on the next generation of Precision Scheduled Railroading and Positive Train Control technologies and spearheaded a major digital industrial evolution in rail.

Muru Murugappan was promoted to vice president, Technology Services, and chief information officer in January 2018. He is responsible for information technology including application development & maintenance, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science & advanced analytics, and End User & Device Management.

Muru joined BNSF Railway as assistant vice president, Technology Services, in May 2013. In this role, he was responsible for the application development portfolios that support Engineering, Mechanical, Finance, Human Resources, Sourcing, Technical Training, and Law, along with enterprise support of the SAP platform and applications.

Muru has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has significant experience managing business applications and IT budgets. Prior to joining BNSF, Muru served as vice president, Head of Information Technology Operations, at Sony Electronics. He led the Technology Strategy and Planning team and had responsibility for all aspects of application development including major SAP projects in sales, distribution, materials management, customer service, and business intelligence. He has managed several business re-engineering/ transformation projects that included modernizing Sony's supply chain and logistics operations through the implementation of new technology.

Gregg has also worked with a local company and the University of Arkansas on NSF-funded research into new authentication and hashing techniques.

Additionally Greg established a capability/capacity planning discipline within G&W, and supporting the Regional Leadership with productivity initiatives like Roots Reset. All of his experience set the stage to be our operational expert in advancing modern information technology. Greg sits on the RailPulse Technology Committee and is well positioned to represent this broad topic of technology.
