Mohit Bhat
Vice-President, Customer Solutions and Innovation,

Mohit Bhat was appointed Vice-President, Customer Solutions and Innovation in September 2021. Mohit is responsible for Customer Solutions, Digital Platforms, and leads CN’s Innovation and Artificial Intelligence, while overseeing cloud transformation at CN.

Mohit and his team help CN’s Intermodal and Rail Centric Supply Chain units achieve their business goals by designing and building end-to-end digital supply chain solutions, that improve customer experience, enable strategic and sustainable growth, and ensure CN is future-ready.

Mohit is a strong technologist, with proven practical experience with digital technologies. Prior to CN, Mohit worked for over 15 years in various multinational technology firms in Europe, Middle East and Asia regions. During this tenure he held progressively responsible roles, using his technical expertise to lead companies through complex business transformations to solve complex business challenges in logistics and energy management industries. Mohit holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and computer sciences from Pune University in India.

Jacob is Portfolio Head, Rail Infrastructure, North America for Siemens. He has experience managing both the project and technical execution of the solutions and products within the automated rail business such as positive train control (PTC), office solutions, and automated train operation (ATO) technologies. Jacob started his career as an air traffic control specialist for the U.S. Navy. Upon completion of his active duty tour, he joined CSX Transportation. At CSX he held multiple positions but made his transition to Siemens as a manager of dispatch systems. At Siemens, he has managed both PTC systems and office solution systems.
