Hulcher Services Inc. recently acquired North American Recovery Services, which provides emergency and non-emergency transfer, salvage recovery and load adjustment services. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Hulcher Services offers contracting services to railroads, industrial accounts and government agencies, including train derailment and emergency response, environmental, transfer, load adjustment and engineering services. The company manages a fleet of specialized equipment, such as portable self-contained pneumatic conveyors, hi-rail vacuum trucks and telescoping forklifts.
