Today, Bijur Lubrication Group announced it acquired Denco Lubrication Ltd. and merged the Denco product line with Germany-based Delimon Lubrication.

With facilities in the United States, China, France, Germany, Austria, Ireland and Spain The Bijur Lubrication Group designs and manufactures a variety of fluid-dispensing products and systems for a range of industries, including rail. Based in Hereford, England, Denco Lubrication offers centralized lubrication systems and service to the heavy-duty industrial market. Denco serves the United Kingdom, Middle East, Americas and Australasian and Asia Pacific countries.

The Denco line will provide Bijur customers "a wider product offering and faster access to service operations," said Bijur President and Chief Operating Officer Thomas Arndt in a prepared statement.
