Edwards and Kelcey acquires KKO and Associates division

Engineering, design, planning and construction management firm Edwards and Kelcey recently acquired the transit planning and operations consulting division of KKO and Associates L.L.C.
KKO offers a number of consulting services, including service and operations planning, corridor and travel demand studies, network analysis, market research, cost and revenue analyses, and crew and vehicle scheduling.
“This acquisition will allow Edwards and Kelcey to expand its planning and operations services to our existing clients within the transit industry,” said Edwards and Kelcey Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kevin McMahon in a prepared statement.
