Yesterday, HDR Inc. announced it acquired New York City-based architecture and engineering firm Daniel Frankfurt P.C. Terms weren’t disclosed.
HDR will rename the firm HDR/Daniel Frankfurt. Under the new structure, former Daniel Frankfurt President Neil Lucey will serve as the firm’s senior vice president and oversee the metro-area transportation practice.
The acquisition will increase HDR’s workforce in the New York/New Jersey region by more than 50 percent, the company said.
