Interfleet Technology Inc. recently acquired LDK Engineering Inc.

Based in Burlington, Ontario, LDK provides design, project management and testing services to transit agencies, passenger and freight operating companies, train manufacturers and equipment suppliers.

The acquisition will expand Interfleet’s North American operations by providing additional resources and a Canadian base, the firm said.
