Racine Railroad Products Inc. recently acquired the railroad product line assets of FCI USA Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The line, which had been marketed under the "Racine Hydraulic Tools" brand, complements Racine Railroad Products' small gasoline equipment product line, according to a Racine Railroad Products statement issued Nov. 18.
The line will be marketed as part of Racine Railroad Products' "RRP Hydraulics" brand. Under the deal's terms, FCI USA retained its existing utility tool offering, as well as the use of the "Racine Hydraulic Tool" brand.
