STV Group Inc. recently acquired Ralph Whitehead Associates Inc. (RWA), which provides civil, structural and geotechnical engineering services.
RWA’s nationwide freight-rail engineering practice will complement STV’s national rail practice, STV said. In addition, the acquisition will expand STV’s market reach, enabling the firm to offer building and facilities design and construction management services in the U.S. Southeast.
STV provides engineering, architectural, planning and construction management services for the rail, highway and aviation industries.
