Musser to manage sales for Portec Rail's maintenance product division

Portec Rail Products Inc. recently named John Musser manager of sales and service for the company’s Railway Maintenance Products Division (RMPD). Reporting to RMPD Vice President and General Manager Bruce Wise, Musser will oversee sales and service of the division’s Friction Force® friction management and Enviro-FORCE™ railroad environmental products, track components (including rail joints), and freight-car and locomotive repair systems.

Musser previously served PPG Industries in various sales and marketing positions within the company’s flat glass and fiberglass units.

Portec Rail supplies rail joints, anchors and spikes; railway friction management products; wayside data collection and data management systems; and load securement systems.
