advertisement

Last week, The Greenbrier Cos. named Alejandro Centurion managing director of the Gunderson-Concarril S.A. de C.V. manufacturing facility and chief country representative in Mexico.

Centurion most recently served Bombardier Transportation as executive vice president and chief country representative in Mexico. During a more then eight-year Bombardier career, he also served in various senior management positions, including VP of manufacturing.

In December, Greenbrier acquired Bombardier's 50 percent interest in the Gunderson-Concarril plant, which is located in Sahagun, Mexico. The facility produces about 4,000 rail cars annually on two production lines, and features a full-service wheel and axle shop.
