TTX appoints Wells, Casey to VP positions

TTX Co. recently named Thomas Wells executive vice president and Patrick Casey, VP of fleet management.

Most recently senior VP of fleet management, Wells will oversee strategic planning and marketing for rail-car maintenance and technology. Prior to joining TTX in 2001, he held various supply management, sales and marketing, operations and intermodal positions at Norfolk Southern Railway.

Most recently assistant VP, Casey joined TTX in 2000 as director of business forecasting. He previously held various management positions at CSX Transportation and CSX Intermodal.

Owned by North America’s nine largest railroads, TTX owns and operates a free-running pool of more than 212,000 freight cars.
