Davies succeeds Benac as American Railcar Industries' CFO

American Railcar Industries Inc. (ARI) has appointed Dale Davies senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer to succeed William Benac, who resigned.
Davies has served as ARI's VP of finance since he joined the company in June 2005. He previously held various financial management positions with manufacturing companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
ARI builds hopper and tank cars, repairs and refurbishes rail cars, provides fleet management services, and produces certain rail-car and industrial components.
