Dover Resources promotes Crouse to president of OPW Fluid Transfer Group

Dover Resources recently promoted David Crouse to president of the OPW Fluid Transfer Group, effective April 1. He will succeed John Anderson, who will retire after serving as president since the group was formed in 1998.

Reporting to Dover Resources President David Ropp, Crouse most recently served as president of OPW Fuel Management Systems. Since joining Dover Resources in 1999, he has served as vice president of Latin America and Asia Pacific for the OPW Fueling Components group, and VP and general manager of OPW’s Dispensing Products and Clean Energy Business Unit.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group comprises Dover’s rail and cargo tank, and chemical and industrial units. The group’s operating companies include OPW Engineered Systems, Midland Manufacturing, Civacon, Knappco, Sure Seal and OPW Fluid Transfer Group – Europe.
