FreightCar America Inc. recently elected Thomas Fitzpatrick and Thomas Madden as board members.
To serve on the corporate governance, nominating and compensation committees, Fitzpatrick is managing partner of Fitzpatrick Law Offices and managing director of 2200 Ventures L.L.C.
To serve on the audit and compensation committees, Madden is retired from Ingram Micro Inc., where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He is a full-time instructor at the University of California-Irvine's Graduate School of Management.
FreightCar America builds coal, flat, mill gondola, intermodal and coil steel cars, and motor vehicle carriers.
