AIG Commercial Equipment Finance Inc. recently appointed Jeff Kocim vice president of transportation, rail-car and locomotive leasing and finance. He heads the company’s newly formed rail-car operating lease business.
Kocim has 22 years’ experience in financial services and 16 years’ experience in the railroad industry, including exposure to various rail-car types, lease structures and contracts, car remarketing and maintenance, corporate finance, taxation and syndications.
AIG offers full-service and net leases on new and used rail cars, and provides railroad acquisition and infrastructure capital.
