Mitsui Rail Capital L.L.C. recently named Joseph McNeely vice president of sales and marketing, and Peter Jones VP of operations.
McNeely most recently was VP of finance for various GATX Corp. divisions, including the Rail Group.
Jones most recently served Wabtec Corp. as regional VP of sales. He will be responsible for fleet operations, customer service, and mechanical and logistics services.
Mitsui Rail Capital provides rail-car leasing, fleet management and maintenance services. The company's lease fleet numbers more than 10,000 rail cars.
