Peterson to head Midland Manufacturing's operations

Midland Manufacturing Co. recently named Garry Peterson vice president of operations.

Most recently chief operating officer for Panther Crankshaft Co., Peterson previously served stints as managing director of operational excellence for M.A. Hanna Co., VP of planning for Magna International’s Power Train Group and an engineer for General Motors Corp.

Midland Manufacturing supplies bottom and top loading/unloading and pressure-relief valves, level gauge devices and monitoring equipment for tank cars, chemical cargo tanks, barges and ISO containers.
