Schaefer Equipment appoints four top executives

Schaefer Equipment Inc. recently named four top executives. The company appointed David Kostolansky chairman and chief executive officer; Barry Anderson, president and chief operating officer; Richard Barnhart, vice president of operations; and Philip Oswald, VP of marketing and sales.

Kostolansky most recently served as president and CEO; Anderson had served as executive vice president.

Schaefer Equipment supplies forged foundation freight-car brake components to the railroad industry.
