TTX Co. recently appointed Kathleen Savard vice president and chief financial officer to succeed Thomas Marion, who plans to retire after serving TTX for 30 years.
Savard, who will assume the post Jan. 1, joined TTX earlier this year as assistant VP of strategic financial planning. She previously served Bank of America Corp. in various financial capacities and Flowserve Corp. as VP and treasurer.
TTX also named Deborah Deppisch corporate secretary. Most recently assistant corporate secretary, she previously served Fort James Corp., Fortune Brands and Takada Pharmaceuticals in various capacities.
Owned by North America’s nine largest railroads, TTX owns and operates a free-running pool of more than 207,500 freight cars.
