Cattron Group International recently named Joseph Trotter vice president of quality — a newly created position.
Reporting to Cattron Group President and Chief Executive Officer John Paul, Trotter will be responsible for quality control for the company’s operations in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa, Brazil and Europe. Cattron markets remote-control products and services to the railroad, industrial, mining and commercial mobile markets.
Most recently VP of quality for Elliott Turbomachinery, Trotter previously served as quality assurance manager for Siemens Power Corp. and director of vendor quality assurance for the Naval Reactors Office.
“We’ve created the vice president of quality position to take us to the next level, ensuring that we always provide the level of product integrity the global marketplace demands,” said Paul in a prepared statement.
