Westcode Inc. recently obtained a contract to supply air comfort systems for 104 SILVERLINER-V cars that United Transit Systems, a Rotem Co. and Sojitz Corp. of America consortium, is building for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.
Featuring scroll compressors with microprocessor controls, the systems will be integrated into the passenger-car bodies.
