Rail News: Maintenance Of Way
The Metropolitan Atlanta Regional Transit Authority (MARTA) recently awarded a contract to Rail Development Group (RDG) to remanufacture 46 electric switch machines on the authority’s heavy-rail system.
Under the two-year contract, RDG will rehabilitate GRS Model 5E and Union Switch & Signal Inc. Model M-3 switch machines.
