Sperry Rail Service recently appointed Jamie O'Rourke managing director-North America operations.
He most recently served as chief information officer of Rockwood Service Corp., the parent company of Sperry Rail, which provides rail-flaw detection services. O'Rourke previously was president of CTC Analytical Services Inc. and chief financial officer of CONAM Inspection Inc.
