Land & Timber Co. L.L.C.'s rail intermodal consolidation facility; BNSF Railway Co.'s Portland intermodal facility improvements; and Portland & Western Railroad's capital city rail work. The OTC will hold a public hearing on the recommendations July 17 in Salem, then make a final decision on chosen projects at its Aug. 21-22 meeting.
