NATK: CEO Kaufman resigns, Sullivan and Corcia to co-lead company

Last week, North American Technologies Group Inc. (NATK) announced Chairman Henry Sullivan and board member John Corcia will form an office of the president to head the company after Chief Executive Officer Neal Kaufman elected to resign.

Sullivan previously served as NATK president and CEO, and president of subsidiary TieTek L.L.C., which produces plastic-composite ties.

A board director since April 2006, Corcia is a strategic business consultant for international industrial services firm Marsulex. He previously served as president and CEO of Stablex Canada Inc.
