A&K Railroad Materials Inc. recently promoted Vice President of Western Regional Sales Rhonda Nicoloff to president to succeed Morris Kulmer, who has held the post since 1982.

Nicoloff, who joined A&K in 1991, previously held various sales positions and managed the Great Lakes sales region.

An A&K employee for more than 38 years, Kulmer will continue to serve the company in a new role as vice chairman.

“Rhonda and Morris have worked together for many years, and with the experience they bring to their new positions, they are uniquely qualified to lead the company,” said A&K Chairman Kern Schumacher in a prepared statement.

Founded in 1958, A&K supplies new and relay rail, and various track materials.
