North American Technologies Group names Dorman CFO

North American Technologies Group Inc. (NATK) recently appointed Joe Dorman chief financial officer.

A certified public accountant and attorney, Dorman most recently served as local counsel for BancLeasing Inc. In a former role, he acted as CFO and general counsel for the company's predecessor.

NATK subsidiary TieTek produces composite ties from recycled plastics, tires and other raw materials.
