Rail News: Maintenance Of Way
TieTek Inc. recently named Steve Darnell director of operations; Scott House, director of engineering; and Dan Brink, director of sales. The company also appointed Chief Executive Officer Neal Kaufman to its board.
With more than 20 years’ manufacturing experience, Darnell previously held various manufacturing, engineering, supply-management, marketing and sales positions with Teris L.L.C., Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp., and E.I. Dupont.
House previously formed plastic lumber company Cycle-Masters, which was sold to U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. He later served as U.S Plastic’s vice president of manufacturing.
Brink has held sales management positions at TieTek the past two years. He previously served U.S. Plastic as a product manager in the transportation group, and business group manager in the fabricated and rail tie products groups.
A North American Technologies Group Inc. subsidiary, TieTek produces composite cross and switch ties.
