On April 12, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) will host a town hall meeting in Falls Church, Va., to provide passengers an opportunity to speak with board members and senior management.

The meeting will begin with an open house featuring exhibits and a chance to speak with officials. Attendees then can submit questions to the board through a moderator.

"By regularly involving our customers, we are making a collective commitment toward outreach, availability and accountability," said WMATA Chairman Dana Kauffman in a prepared statement.
