Metra seeks public input on proposed schedule changes

Chicago’s Metra is soliciting public opinions on proposed “minor” schedule changes on four of its lines.
The agency is proposing changes for certain trains on the Milwaukee North, Milwaukee West, Southwest Service and Heritage Corridor lines, Metra officials said in a prepared statement.
In most cases, the new times would adjust train departures from certain stops or running times between stations by one to four minutes. The changes would make the schedules more accurate, Metra officials said.
