The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) while host a meeting Nov. 20 to solicit public input on proposed alternatives for transit and rail service, as well as intercity rail options for the 73-mile corridor between Boston and Concord, N.H.

The meeting also will allow attendees to consider issues and voice concerns about the environmental assessment that is being prepared as part of the alternatives analysis, NHDOT officials said in a press release.

The department is evaluating opportunities to improve intercity rail and transit service in the corridor through a study jointly funded by the Federal Transit Administration and Federal Railroad Administration.
