American Public Transportation Association’s Nominating Committee July 27 selected nominees for this year’s officers: First Vice Chair Pete Cipolla was nominated to succeed Ron Tober as APTA chair; Celia Kupersmith (Golden Gate), first vice chair; and Dick White (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority), secretary-treasurer for a second term.



APTA plans to hold the election at its Annual Business Meeting Sept. 30 in Philadelphia.
