The American Public Transportation Association (APTA) is seeking feedback from stakeholders to help shape the language in the latest set of its industry standards documents.
Transit-rail topics addressed in the documents include rail transit systems; transit-rail track allocation program requirements; managing short- and long-term changes affecting rail operations; rail operations employee development practices; and defensive rail operations.
To view documents and submit comments, visit the Standards Public Comment page. Documents must be reviewed by July 9, APTA officials said in a press release.
