Amtrak orders $3 million worth of brake actuators from WABCO Transit

WABCO Transit recently received a purchase order from Amtrak valued at up to $3 million (including options) to supply new brake actuators for the national passenger railroad's Superliner II fleet. Deliveries are slated to begin by mid-year.



A subsidiary of Wabtec Corp., WABCO Transit designs and manufactures pneumatic, electronic and mechanical braking devices.
