For the seventh-straight year, independent financial auditors have given Sound Transit a clean bill of financial health.
After reviewing the agency’s 2003 financial management and transactions — which more than doubled compared with last year because Sound Transit moved ahead with several projects — auditors found no reportable conditions involving internal control or instances of non-compliance, according to a prepared statement.
