Caltrain's board adds Kniss

Santa Clara County Board Supervisor Liz Kniss earlier this month became the newest member of the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board, which owns and operates Caltrain.
Kniss serves on and represents the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. The joint powers board has three representatives from each of the three counties through which Caltrain operates — San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara.
