Ronald Freeland, who last month resigned as chief executive officer of Maryland Mass Transit Administrations — ending a four-year stint — recently joined Parsons Transportation Group as vice president and general counsel.



During Freeland’s tenure, MTA extended its Baltimore light rail to Hunt Valley, Penn Station and Baltimore/Washington International Airport.
