Cubic Corp. recently named Walter Zable chairman of subsidiary Cubic Transportation Systems. Zable will continue to serve as corporate vice president and vice chairman.
Cubic also named Richard Johnson Zable’s successor as the subsidary's president and CEO. Since 2000, Johnson has served as Cubic Transportation Systems' chief operating officer.
