Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) partnered with Uber to provide shared on-demand rides to and from light-rail stations in Rowlett, Texas.

Beginning today, light-rail riders in designated service areas in and around DART stations can book an UberPool in addition to DART’s GoLink shuttle bus service.

While GoLink is available at no additional cost with any valid DART fare, the UberPool shared ride alternative within a service area is $1 to $3.

UberPool service is available in the following service areas: Rowlett, Inland Port, Kleberg/Rylie of south Dallas County, Far North Plano, Legacy West in Plano and North Central Plano/Chase Oaks.
