DART names senior VP, project management

Dallas Area Rapid Transit March 28 named Timothy McKay senior vice president of project management, charged with overseeing more than 150 projects, including the design and construction of DART’s light rail expansion.
McKay joined DART’s staff in 2001 as assistant vice president of special projects, later serving as interim senior vice president, project management. But his experience as a DART consultant goes back to 1987, including 13 years with Professional Services Industries, where McKay progressed from staff engineer to division manager. In 1995, he supported DART projects while working at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam.
