Today, The Olson Co. will break ground for a transit-oriented village in Fullerton, Calif.

Located on a 5.5-acre site within the city’s redevelopment zone in the South of Commonwealth (SOCO) District, the $50 million development will be known as SOCO Walk.

The developer will build 120 lofts, homes and townhomes to provide urban housing near public transportation, retail shops, restaurants and entertainment.

SOCO Walk is adjacent to the Fullerton Transportation Center, which is served by Amtrak, Metrolink and the Orange County Transit Authority.
