GO Transit to hike ticket prices next month

On March 15, Toronto’s GO Transit will raise fares to cover higher operating expenses, as well as costs associated with recently added train and bus service.

Adult single-ride tickets will increase 15 cents to $6; adult two-ride tickets will increase from $11.70 to $12; adult 10-ride tickets will rise from $53.50 to $54.75; and adult monthly passes will increase from $190 to $195. Child, senior, student and group ticket prices also will rise.
