Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) officials last week celebrated the recent opening of a new Travel Training Facility that helps riders with disabilities learn how to use the agency's rail and fixed-route bus networks. Elevators are available in all rail stations and MARTA’s bus fleet is equipped with wheelchair lifts, agency officials said.Meanwhile, MARTA announced that Adam Orkin recently resigned from its board.
