MARTA to premiere next-generation advertising

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority plan to create moving pictures on subway walls Sept. 11 with an ad for Coca-Cola Co.’s DANSANI.
The agency and Submedia plan to activate a 900-foot sign mounted on the subway tunnel wall that will transform stationary images into a 20-second motion picture when viewed from inside trains running between Dunwoody and Sandy Springs stations.
It is believed to be the nation’s first in-tunnel motion-picture advertising.
