This week, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority and operator Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad Co. launched an Internet-based customer-service center.

Accessible at www.mbcr.net and www.mbta.com, the site features a feedback form; answers to frequently asked questions; downloadable system maps and schedules; and station, parking lot and fare information.
