The Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Corp. (Metra) recently completed renovations at two stations on the South Chicago Branch of the Metra Electric District.
As part of a $44 million program that includes making improvements to all eight stations on the branch, Metra added a warming house, windbreaks and canopy roofs to the Stony Island and Bryn Mawr stations.
