advertisement
MTA Metro-North Railroad and the New York Transit Museum are seeking objects related to Grand Central Terminal for an exhibit that will commemorate the historical building's centennial.
On Feb. 1, 2013, the exhibit will open in Vanderbilt Hall, the terminal's former main waiting room.
The museum and railroad are seeking donations for a permanent collection, but loaned objects also will be considered, according to Metro-North.
Potential donors can email a digital photo and a brief description of the item to archivist Carey Stumm at carey.stumm@nyct.com.
